Leitda Køkken is a recipe journal. People come here to read about Danish food, not to hand over personal details, and this policy is written with that in mind. Below we explain, as plainly as we can, what little information moves through this website and what happens to it.

A Site Built to Collect Almost Nothing

There is no account to create on this site, no newsletter box demanding your email, no form asking your name before you may read a recipe. You can visit every page we publish without telling us who you are. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to send us yourself, for example if you write to our postal address with a question or a correction.

Technical Records Created by Your Visit

Like practically every website, the servers that deliver our pages produce routine technical logs. These may note the IP address a request came from, the type of browser used, the pages requested and the time of the request. We look at this material only in aggregate, to understand things such as which recipes readers open most and whether the site is loading properly. It is not used to build profiles of individual readers.
